Delivery

As a valued customer, we would like to get your purchase to you as quickly and easily as possible. A standard delivery charge of €6 will apply to all next day delivery in Ireland, Monday-Friday when you place an order by 12pm, local time. UK Delivery is €10.

As the courier may need to contact you, please ensure you provide a contact number. If you are not happy with your purchase, details on how to return it to us, will be provided in your parcel.


International Delivery

Delivery to an EU country: €15

Rest of the World: €20.

If you are ordering outside the EU please allow up to 21 days for your parcel to pass through customs.

Customs/Import duties are outside of our control and the customer is liable for these at point of entry.

Returns

  • You can return items to Milly’s Boutique within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with garment tags and ‘do not remove tag’ still in place.
  • Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds.
  • It can take up to 10 working days for a refund to appear in your bank account.

Terms & Conditions

  • A standard delivery charge of €6 will apply to all national deliveries. Millys Boutique reserves the right to increase this fee where necessary especially for international deliveries.
  • Any item ordered online and subsequently cancelled by the purchaser prior to the item being dispatched and or received will be entitled to a refund less a standard 15% administration charge. Please note this charge is only relevant when the customer cancels the order which is different to a customer returning an item. A garment returned falls under the returned policies terms and conditions allowing the customer a 100% refund assuming that the garment is returned in saleable condition as per the terms and conditions listed above.
  • We do not refund postage cost incurred when returning garments.
  • When returning the parcel it is your responsibility until it reaches us. We advise you, on sending a return parcel to get proof of delivery from your post/courier service provider, so that the parcel can be traced.
